Salary Range £36,715 - £45,155 per annum, pro rata

Based at the Scottish Institute for Residential Child Care, within the School of Applied Social Sciences,  you will play a key role leading an initiative dedicated to enhancing the quality of residential child care across Scotland.

Your significant experience and track record will be in the successful delivery of learning/training events and professional development initiatives. You will be required to lead PRTL with a commitment to improving the quality of residential child care services throughout Scotland. You will prioritise both your own and the team’s workloads, within given resources to ensure SIRCC is delivering high quality services to the sector. You will be expected to drive forward new initiatives through excellent communication skills as well as contributing to various on-going projects.
