Fri, 09/10/2009 - 6:37pm — SIRCC AdminThe culmination of the work of the three NRCCI working groups, which included engagement with children and young people, professionals and agencies from across the residential child care sector and a wide range of other stakeholders, will be the publication of reports from all three groups, an overarching report and recommendations, together with responses from the Scottish Government and COSLA, to be launched in early December 2009.

Higher Aspirations - NRCCI Launch
Tue, 01/12/2009 - 2:48pm — SIRCC AdminThe primary purpose of the NRCCI was to undertake a strategic review of residential child care services and make sector driven recommendations to the Scottish Government, local government and providers of residential child care.
Adam Ingram asked SIRCC to lead the NRCCI and thereby honour the Government’s commitment to working with partners to make residential care the first and best placement of choice for those children whose needs it serves.
