Securing Our Future: A Way Forward for Scotland's Secure Care Estate

Some of Scotland's most vulnerable children and young people need stronger support to help them return to their communities from secure care, according to a review of the secure care services.The report of the Securing Our Future Initiative (SOFI) was commissioned by the Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities  as part of the broader National Residential Child Care Initiative led by SIRCC.
