SIRCC is committed to continual improvement in the Residential Child Care sector. We support the professional registration of residential child care workers, supervisors and managers with the Scottish Social Services Council.
The registration process involves attaining a required baseline qualification and continuing your professional development through Post Registration Training and Learning (PRTL).
SIRCC offers a wide range of qualifications and PRTL education and training. Further information is available on the Education & Training pages.
Specialist training participants and conference delegates meeting the necessary attendance requirement receive a PRTL-qualifying attendance certificate for their records.
