Recording and Report Writing
Course Aim:
To help staff develop recording and report writing skills
Course Objectives:
Be able to demonstrate key issues involved when recording information
Identify relevant information for ongoing recording
Be able to devise letters and reports
SVQ Underpinning Knowledge:
The course may provide evidence for unit HSC 31
Higher National Certificate:
This course provides an introduction to concepts explored in the unit Social Care Theory for Practice.
Target Group:
This course would be most helpful for basic grade staff, particularly new appointments
