Evaluation of 'Men Can Care'

Men are traditionally under-represented in the social care workforce. Kibble Education and Care Centre were successful in attracting a European Social Fund grant to recruit and train 34 men for work in the field. The evaluation will cover the process of recruitment and selection, the men's experience of the training and work experience elements of the programme, and the men's own personal development.
