Research on Past Abuse and Human Rights

The Scottish Institute of Residential Child Care and the Care Leavers' Association have been commissioned to carry out a piece of research that will inform the development of a human rights framework for the design and implementation of an "Acknowledgement and Accountability Forum" on past abuse of children in care in Scotland. This research has been funded by the Scottish Human Rights Commission. The timescale for completion of this piece of work is January 2010. Please revisit this page for updates on this project.
