BACKGROUND

This will be the third joint conference of the Scottish Healthy Care Network (SHCN) and the Scottish Institute for Residential Child Care (SIRCC), looking at important health-related themes for all looked after children and young people.

It provides an opportunity to network and discuss both emerging and ongoing issues, as well as to hear from our speakers.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This event is for practitioners, policy makers, children’s services planners, residential and foster carers, staff and managers from health, social care, education, throughcare and all other relevant services.The parallel sessions will involve selecting to attend a set of short presentations on subjects such as sleep, food, touch and hospital stays.
